About the venue

Ballymahon has one of the widest main streets in the midlands, and the monthly market sets up along it in the open. Traders come from across the midlands with handmade goods, artisan food and vintage finds. The organisers run it as a plastic free market, so expect paper and cloth wrapping rather than plastic bags.
