A garden centre and eco shop on the edge of Portarlington with a yard and covered areas used for regular markets. Stalls run through the plant benches and under cover, so the markets go ahead in most weather. Around 25 stallholders trade at each one. The monthly car boot sale runs separately on the overflow car park, which is open ground, and is capped at about seventy pitches. There is a large food court, an indoor cafe and toilets on site.
